This interactive workshop supports organisations to create safe, respectful and affirming environments for LGBTIQA+ clients, staff and volunteers. Sessions are tailored to the audience and context, whether the focus is inclusive workplaces, client-centred services, leadership, education or volunteer engagement.

 

Drawing on extensive experience across aged care, education and workplace settings, participants explore practical ways to reduce barriers, address unconscious bias and strengthen inclusive practice through real-life case studies, discussion and reflective activities.
