Coaching &
Communities of Practice

Delivering inclusive services and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive takes more than a training session. That’s why we offer structured, ongoing support through coaching and communities of practice. These spaces build capability, strengthen accountability, and give people the time and tools to reflect, learn, and embed inclusive practice over time.

Whether you’re supporting leaders, client-facing staff, or peer groups across a sector—our coaching and peer learning offerings help people move from awareness to action.

Coaching

We offer coaching to support inclusive leadership, strategy implementation, and workplace culture change. Coaching is especially valuable after training, reviews, or planning processes, helping participants reflect, stay accountable, and embed inclusion into their everyday leadership and decision-making.

Our coaching is grounded in organisational coaching methodology and focused on helping individuals lead with clarity, courage, and intention, particularly when navigating complex cultural change.

We offer coaching for:

  • Executive leaders and senior managers – supporting strategic leadership, inclusive culture building, and alignment with organisational change

  • Diversity and inclusion practitioners – offering space to reflect, problem-solve, and build confidence in leading inclusion initiatives

  • People managers and team leaders – helping translate inclusion goals into everyday team practice

  • Clinicians, educators, and client-facing professionals – building inclusive practice, self-reflection, and confidence in applying inclusive principles

  • Staff involved in action planning or implementation – supporting momentum and practical problem-solving through a change process

Communities of Pracitce

We design and facilitate Communities of Practice that create space for shared learning, critical reflection, and peer support. These are not just “discussion groups”, they are structured environments that support change.

Each Community of Practice is designed in partnership with the host organisation to reflect group purpose, size, and goals. Sessions may include facilitated discussion, case reflection, scenario analysis, or planning support—and can be delivered online or in person.

Communities of Practice can be used to:

  • Empower internal diversity network groups or employee resource groups

  • Build capability and shared practice across sector-specific workforce groups

  • Create peer learning environments for educators, aged care teams, or program leads

  • Support teams to apply new frameworks or standards (e.g., Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, Respect@Work)

  • Provide a space for ongoing reflective practice following a training or review process

  • Strengthen cross-team or cross-organisation connections through shared practice

Why Ongoing Support Matters

Ongoing reflective spaces like coaching and Communities of Practice help:

  • Keep inclusion work active and visible

  • Support behaviour change, not just awareness

  • Strengthen team connection and shared responsibility

  • Create a safe space for asking questions, sharing challenges, and exploring solutions

  • Build collective confidence and momentum

We can design these supports as standalone offerings or as part of a broader training, audit, or strategy process.
