Overview

This practical and interactive session supports staff to deliver respectful and inclusive services that are responsive to the diverse cultural, social, and life experiences of people. Participants will explore real-world case studies, reflect on trauma-aware care principles, and discuss how to apply culturally safe practices in everyday interactions. The session builds understanding of how to create environments where all clients feel respected, safe and supported.
