This interactive workshop supports organisations to build inclusive, respectful and person-centred services that respond to the diverse needs, experiences and circumstances of the people they support. Sessions can be tailored across aged care, health, community services, disability, education, government and workplace settings.

 

Participants explore how diversity, intersectionality and unconscious bias shape people’s experiences of services, teams and systems. Through practical examples, discussion and reflective activities, the session supports participants to identify barriers, strengthen inclusive practice and improve service access, design and delivery.
