DTC Resource Projects

  • Sensitive Conversations Toolkit – an 8-module training resource with a full train-the-trainer package to support aged care staff in having culturally responsive, person-centred conversations

  • Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards Webinar Series – a 5-part series supporting staff to apply the standards through inclusive, real-world practice

  • Diversity and Person-Centred Care Podcast Series – bite-sized episodes exploring what inclusion looks like in everyday care and workplace interactions

  • Interactive E-Learning Modules – branching scenario modules that simulate real-world challenges with multiple decision points and consequences

  • Cultural Safety Webinar – a practical and reflective session supporting culturally safe practice across aged care and community services

  • Animated Case Studies and Reference Guides – engaging visual learning tools that bring client experiences and inclusive practice to life
