Psychosocial Safety in Practice:
A Conversation Starter Pack for Aged Care

A practical resource to help workers, teams and leaders start conversations about psychosocial safety.

This resource pack has been developed to support aged care and community care organisations to start practical conversations about psychosocial safety.

It is designed to help workers, teams and leaders recognise work-related pressures, identify psychosocial hazards, strengthen protective factors and consider when further consultation, review, training or action may be needed.

The resources provide a starting point for reflection and discussion, helping organisations notice where psychosocial risks may be emerging and where further support, review or prevention work may be required.
